Returns

• Estonian laws apply to returning goods bought from BeUnique online store.
• Goods can be returned within 14 days as of receiving them according to § 56 Law of Obligations Act.
• The customer has to inform us about returning the goods within 14 days as of receiving them via e-mail info@beunique.eu.
• Returnable goods have to be unused, undamaged and in its original package. The goods must have maintained its commercial appearance - undamaged labels, untorn protective film, etc. 
• The product cannot be returned after its package has been opened. 
• The seller has a right to decline the return of goods if terms of returns are ignored.
• Returning costs are borne by the customer, unless goods are returned due to faulty goods or goods do not comply with the order.
• Money for returned goods will be repaid to the customer immediately, but not later than 14 days as of receiving the returning application.
• Goods cannot be returned, if their usage (or unusage) cannot be examined. 
• In case of possible complaints please contact us via e-mail info@beunique.eu. In the e-mail please describe the complaint as accurately as possible and do not forget to include your contact information. The applicant will be contacted within 3 working days.
• The customer can apply to Consumer Protection Board, who is competent to solve disputes arising from contracts if the disputed goods cost over €20 (examination of applications is for free).
