Terms and Conditions

1. General terms

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply between online store customers (hereinafter Customers) and Seine OÜ (hereinafter to rights and obligations arising from buying goods from online store.
  2. These terms and conditions, and rights and obligations arising from Estonian laws apply to buying goods or registering as a user at online shop.
  3. has a right to make amendments to these terms and conditions and prices. Amendments will be announced at webpage.

2. Conclusion of the sales agreement

  1. sells and the Customer buys goods available at online store.
  2. The sales agreement between and the Customer is concluded after the amount payable in accordance with the order and receipt is paid to Seine OÜ bank account.
  3. By making an order and payment on online store the Customer confirms being aware of the terms and conditions and agrees with them.

3. Prices

  1. All prices on online shop are in Euro.
  2. has a right to adjust prices. If the Customer has made an order before price adjustments, the customer pays the price stipulated on the receipt at the time of the order. The Customer does not have a right to compensation in price differences.

4. Orders and Payments

  1. Customer can choose a suitable payment method between bank link, credit card or PayPal. The Customer has to pay 100% of the order amount to confirm the order. 
  2. The sales agreement is considered concluded and the order is started to be fulfilled immediately after the Customer has paid 100% of the order amount. 

5. Delivery and Shipping

  1. After the conclusion of the sales agreement (payment by the Customer) prepares the order and hands over to our logistics partners for delivery. 
  2. Delivery times stipulated on webpage apply as of payment of the receipt by the Customer. 
  3. The Customer has to immediately inform before the parcel has been delivered about changes in destination location or agreed delivery time. 
  4. Avoiding delays and misunderstandings during delivery depend on the accuracy of information provided by the Customer when making an order. is not responsible for delays and/or misunderstandings during delivery if delays and/or misunderstandings were caused due to inaccurate information provided by the Customer. 
  5. All products damaged during delivery are replaced to the Customer, except if only the package is damaged. If products cannot be replaced, refunds the price of the products to the Customer. 

6. Returns

  1. According to section 56-1 of the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer has a right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days as of receiving the products. 
  2. Returnable goods have to be unused, undamaged and in its original package.
  3. Returning costs are borne by the Customer, unless goods are returned due to faulty goods or goods do not comply with the order.
  4. In order to return the goods, the Customer has to file an application in free format to via e-mail within 14 days as of receiving the goods. The application has to include the Customer's name, products name and the number of the receipt or order.
  5. Money for returned goods will be repaid to the Customer immediately, but not later than 14 days as of receiving the returns application. In addition to refunding the product price also delivery costs are refunded. 

7. Complaints

  1. According to the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer has a right to file complaints regarding any lack of conformity of the product with the sales agreement which becomes apparent within two years as of receiving the product. It is presumed that any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within six months as of the date of delivery of a product to the Customer already existed before the delivery of the product, unless such presumption is contrary to the nature of the thing or the deficiency.
  2. In case any lack of conformity becomes apparent, the Customer has to inform about it via e-mail and provide the following information: name, contact information and product defect. The application has to be filed within 2 months as of becoming aware of the lack of conformity.  
  3. is not liable:
    • if the damage of the product is caused through the fault or negligence of the Customer;
    • if lack of conformity is caused due to non-regular use of the product; 
    • for usual physical wear of the product in normal use. 

8. Liability and Force Majeure

  1. is liable for the damage caused to the other party and the Customer is liable for the damage caused to the other party in cases provided by Estonian laws.
  2. is not liable for the damage caused to the Customer or delay in delivery, if damage or delay is caused by circumstances that could not be affected by or that could not be foreseen. 

9. Personal data protection and security

  1. The information and personal data collected when visiting online store and during the processing of orders shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties.
  2. Encrypted communication with banks during the payment of goods ensures the security of the Customer's personal bank details.
  3. The online store only uses the personal data entered by the Customer (including name, phone, number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the Customer. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver goods.
  4. The online store sends newsletters and offers to the Customer’s e-mail address only if the Customer has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.
  5. The Customer is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.
  6. By visiting and using webpage the Customer gives a definite and conscious consent to to process the Customer's personal data. 

10. Processing data and security

  1. All personal data received during visiting and purchasing from online store is considered confidential information. Except if the courier needs your name, phone number and address to deliver your order or if provided by law.  
  2. Encrypted data channel with banks ensures the security of personal data and bank details, even online shop cannot access them.

11. Other terms

  1. Disagreements and disputes arising from performing the terms and conditions are solved by negotiations between the parties. The Customer has a right to file a claim to court or to the Customer Protection Board in order to protect his/her rights if disputes cannot be solved by negotiations. has a right to file a claim to court to protect its rights.
